Project List

The Punggol Waterway (Part 1) project is an essential element in HDB’s Remaking Our Heartlands Programme, which will transform Punggol into the all new Punggol Waterfront Town. Punggol Waterway is connected to two of Singapore’s newest reservoirs and offers a unique waterfront lifestyle complete with recreational water sports, stretches of landscaped promenade and sustainable water technologies.

This project encompasses the construction of a 2.4 kilometre long waterway and the main vehicular bridges going across the waterway. Offering state-of-the-art technologies in ground improvements, Koh Brothers constructed the waterway despite the poor soil conditions and converted Punggol town from the old pig farm into the newest waterfront living hub.
